Carrier Delays
Four.Ten is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, ownership and responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier. Four.Ten is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages after they are in the carrier's possession. If you experience an issue with your delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information to file a claim or request assistance.
