At Four.Ten, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, please review the policy below.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of the date your order is marked as delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In new, unworn, and resalable condition.

  • Free of stains, odors, perfumes, smoke, deodorant marks, pet hair, or any other signs of wear.

  • Free of rips, tears, alterations, or damage.

  • Returned with all original tags attached.

  • Returned in the original packaging.

Items that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense or may be refused.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Four.Ten is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. Returns can be sent to the following address:

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the value of your return.

Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your return. If approved, a store credit equal to the eligible return amount, less the 5% restocking fee, will be issued to your Four.Ten account.

  • Store credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Store credits must be used within one (1) year of the date they are issued.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance or sale items marked as Final Sale.

  • Gift cards.

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

  • Any item that has been worn, washed, altered, or does not meet the return eligibility requirements listed above.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact Four.Ten within 3 business days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.
